Welcome to my webpage and thank you for taking the time to have a look around and to read what is here. The purpose of this site is to give you an idea about what you can expect – what psychological therapy is, the models I use, and about me as a clinician. Life can be hard. We all hope that life’s valleys are shallow and its hills are high but it doesn’t always work out this way. Sometimes we can navigate life’s highs and lows by ourselves but sometimes we need some help and support to enable us to navigate this journey more effectively. The purpose of therapy is to help you to learn and build the skills you need to manage your own recovery and your own circumstances. Psychological therapy offers evidence based therapeutic models to enable you to better understand your emotions, thinking and behaviours.
